Refund Policy

We want you to enjoy The First Genesis. If something goes wrong, we’ll make it right.

File problems: if a file won’t open or is damaged, email us and we’ll send a working copy or refund you in full.
Accidental or duplicate purchases: email us within 14 days and we’ll refund the extra purchase.
Other requests: email us within 14 days of purchase and tell us what happened. We review every request personally.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
